The first step in obtaining audio visual equipment is to fill out an Audio Visual MSR and either bring it down or mail it to our main office in 2685 BH. We also have an 'on-line' form.  We will deliver the equipment  to you in time for your event and pick it up when it is over.  If the event is outside the Engineering complex (BH, Engr. I, IV, MS) we will contact the campus Audio Visual Services and they will take care of it.  There is no charge to classes, seminars, or oral exams. There is a charge for meetings, or special events, or for events not on 19900 funds.  Equipment includes:
