There are two ways to see if the time you want in the Penthouse is available.  The easiest way is to go to the Calendar and check out the day you want. The other way is at the prompt on your computer for SEAS (Skipper) type   pent followed by a space, then a date, (you must enter it with all zeros—such as 02/06/2000), or the month, or the Department abbreviation. Fill out the on-line Penthouse MSR . We will have the room ready for you when you need it. If you are having food—remember, no messy foods such as pizza—indicate it on the MSR and we will have tables set up. You are responsible for letting the caterers know when they can come up and pick up the leftover food and dishes. We charge a set-up fee of $10.00 to help cover maintenance.   If the penthouse is left in a mess, and we have to scrape food off the floor, pick up cans , etc., there will be a $75 cleanup fee.  If the penthouse is left open overnight, there will be a $50 fine.  There is a lot of expensive equipment in this room.
