Located in 2432 Boelter Hall, the Stationery Supply Room carries over 1000 of the most commonly used items  from Acco binders to copy paper.  With your ID card and charge number you can shop and save money for your department since we sell at cost.  While we do not place special orders, you can fill most of your stationery supply needs with us.

From your terminal,  you can check for an item by typing  item then a space and a brief description.  This way you can shop from your desk by filling out the on-line MSR or you can personally come over and browse. By checking the database, you can see how many we have in stock, as well as the location within the supply room.   We are fully computerized and at the end of each month every transaction, including customer name, recharge ID, and merchandise description with prices, is sent to each department head electronically.
